Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello. I've recently moved to USA for higher studied and I've had on and off diarrhea once a while. However, since the past three days. I've been having continuous watery diarrhea. I've had 5 episodes on the first day, 2 on the 2nd day and another 3 times on the third. What could it be? I have not taken any anti diarrheal medication. I do not have any other symptom expect for abdomen tenderness and more tender towards the lower right side. Thank you

Last month i tried sildenafil manforce after a friend's suggestion. This was my first time having such a tablet. Surprisingly it didn't work and i suffered through common side effects of sildenafil. Now everything is okay except my stomach. I'm noticing fluidic diarrhea since that day. I tried medicine from local doctors but didn't work properly. Stools aren't watery though but i have to use washroom thrice a day. Please suggest me proper medication for this problem. I'm not able to digest anything. Please guide me with effective medicine so that i can cure this.

Getting pain at center of the stomach from 4days. If I go to washroom the pain getting more. Pain staying for 1 minutes with in 10mins.

On my sonography reports it was mentioned cortical cyst and its size. Kindly guide me about this cortical cyst as what is it and what are the ways for its treatment?

Hi I am 61 year old male. I have very high diabetes since 10 years. I have recently been diagnosed with piles with fistula. Doctor has suggested to undergo surgery but I do not want to opt that because of my high diabetes. kindly suggest treatment other than surgery for the same.
