No gall bladder stone can be dissolved by any type of medicine. The only treatment recommended and is gold standard for gall bladder stones is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It is a small key hole surgery with very less pain, lesser hospital stay and a faster recovery. Since you typically had pain in the right upper abdomen, which correlates with attack of cholecystitis, it is better to go ahead with the surgery asap.
Next Steps
please consult a laparoscopic surgeon who would explain you in details about the surgery further
