I am a 42 year old man. Recently I have been diagnosed with IBS 4 days back. I have diarrhea along with IBS. How do I treat IBS diarrhea? What other precautions I should take such that the problem doesn't increase or reoccur? Will problem solve over a week or does it take longer?

I constantly feel pain on my lower left abdomen and lower back along with upper left abdomen and left upper back. Why?

Is it safe to take anti flu and anti biotics tablets at the same time when having viral fever and throat infection ?

I gave gastric problem at night at bed time my stomach tight and pain in my both legs I have shown many doctor. They prescribe Goldcal,Prothiaden 50mg and nexnuron at night. I 50% relief by ranitidine 300mg night no other gas tblet at night suit like pan d,pan it,pan l,rabsec d. Omisec d, and plz suggest which gas tablet should I take in morning. I have done all blood related 75 test and ultrasound also all were negative
