Indigestion during periods
I suffer from bloating, gas problem and loose motions during the first 2-3 days of my periods. What can be done temporaryly and for the long term?

Avoid spicy non-vegetarian. Drink lot water fruit juices. It's because of Hormones and premenstrual syndrome.
