Developed lymph-node swelling → took 5 days Zifi + Zerodol. During treatment developed severe bloating, gas and stomach uneasiness. Took Pan-d daily, but bloating persists even after completing antibiotics 3 days ago and eating only light.
No fever, vomiting or loose motions in the past 2 weeks.
Blood test: WBC 14,800, lymphocytes 56%, ALC 8,288, Typhi O 1:160, direct bilirubin 0.59 — all elevated

Sporolac after food.along with dietary modification like fibrous diet and drink lot of water to reduce the symptoms. If you have no previous gastritis problem then you stop pan D , because its stop acid production which needed food digest properly.
