Pain due to haemorrhoids. Appointment.

Hello Doctor ,I have grade 2 internal piles which i came to know about 4 months ago , at first the doctor told me that it would heal within 1 month the medicines were DAFLON 500MG , ANOBLISS OINTMENT , AND ONE CAPSULE FOR GAS PROBLEM AND TORBULK POWDER, at first it worked fine but after 20 days my stool was hard and there was blood on the edges of my stool , So i went to the doctor again and he told the size of the haemorrhoids didn't even decrease a bit , he told me to operate that but i couldn't afford it so he told me to take sit bath 3 times a day and apply the cream 3 times a day. Which I am doing right now .From the past 20 days i have severe pain in my anus . It feels like a blade is cutting me from inside and I feel extreme itching inside my anus. Sometimes the pain appears all of the sudden while standing sitting and it feels like someone is pressing my wound hard enough. Please help me with a home Remedy for this I can't afford to pay for a doctor appointment.
