  4. Too many bowel movements. Haemorrhoids!

Too many bowel movements
I have been having this issue since 2013 , I visit toilets on an average of 5 times per day . I feel it's always incomplete and I go again . Adding to that I always have acidity and belching . I am worried . I also have haemorrhoids
