You should consult a General Physician in your area. You will need many Biochemistry investigations (especially sugar, kidney function tests and urine examination) , sonography of the whole abdomen, and if need be, even a cystoscopy.

Increase fiber intake with foods like whole grains, brown rice, quinoa, oats, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and nuts, and drink plenty of water to help regulate bowel movements and achieve a healthy frequency of 1-2 times a day.

The history you provided us is not enough to make a diagnosis. How long have you been experiencing this? A few days? Weeks? Are you also experiencing abdominal cramps while relieving yourself? Do you have the habit of consuming outside food frequently? Any smoking or drinking habits?
Next Steps
I would advise you to take a bland diet ( avoiding spicy, oily foods), atleast for a week Include more fibre in your diet ( fruits, vegetables) I would require further analysis to prescribe medications.
