I am 31 year old woman, i recently delivered a healthy baby girl. following the delivery my sonography showed that my liver is enlarged mildly. i am feeding my baby and hence would not be able to take any medicines for the same. is there any diet i can follow for enlarged liver?

Sir I have lower left side abdominal pain from last 2 year but it's paining continually but last year again tat pain came I go my family docter check and  they given Some medicines tat pain not cure completely again came after 6 month tat time they suggested me sonography scaning tat time fond mild heptomagaly and fatty liver grade 1 they suggested me syrup live52 DS And suggested do exercise n avoid fatty food and outside food now I am on live52 medicine since 1 month but tat pain daily comes 2to3time litepain in my abdomenal side I am very upset for tat so suggest me sir I am very scared for dis .may god bless you Please help me sir
