Small bubble like substance is projecting from my anus can we control it in this level

I am diabetic and using Human Actrapid, Lantus and gluconorm Sr 1 mg tablets. But from last 6 months I am facing severe gastric problem and stomach is like bloating. Can you please suggest, due to the above mentioned medicines am I facing issue or any other reasons for it. I am taking late but daily on same time.

Initially, i was having a blood in a stool and constipation but now i felt like gas in my stomach but when i went to washroom there was some mucus discharging without stools..

I have pain the right foots palm, now i can not walk , i have acidity and bloating problem too.

Suffering from stones in gall bladder. Bilurubine is also shown excess. Sgot is also excess. Please advice whether any surgery required.

Hey i am having worm in my stomach, which medicine will you suggest to take. i dont feel like eating and i feel at times pain in my stomach

I Have stomach pain in left side near to belly button since 1 year. It started with acidity issues and from random time to always. Now I have this pain (cramping) always sometimes with burps. Tests done so far 3 time sonography 1 time endoscopy 1 time colonscopy 1 time stool test 1 time CT scan 10-13 different blood tests (LFT, Lead, any many other) All reports came clean and are within respective number limits. After looking this reports all super specialist doctors says nothing unsual. They also mentioned that I am healthy and I shud not be feeling this pain. Dr. Who did endcoscopy told, To walI may have to visit Psychiatrist. I visited Psychiatry as well and he prescribed Axienty related meditions. But I still have pain. I also tried homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines for months. Due to this pain I am not living normal life, except during sleep time I always have pain hence not able to enjoy Work, Eating, Outing, Anything.  Can you help?

Sir/ Madam,                                     Is piles solved by itself? If this is not solved itself or maybe the problem is continuing then what should i do? Is there any best medicine for cure the problem permanent? Please suggest best medicine and if possible then also suggest the diet plan.                                                                         Thank You

Sir I pass regularly gas from anus..I really fart a lot does it some kind of serious issue because it does not smell bad bt sound a lot..on a day I may fart more than 20 times tell me plz
