Antibiotic is not what is required at present. She needs further follow up on the inflammed liver, she has to do a blood investigation of the liver function test so as to know if all the parameters are within normal limits and if it isn't normal then it needs to be corrected accordingly. Kindly give her a liquid diet of soups and juices which would be easier to digest and slowly increase the consistency based on how she's able to tolerate. She should aim to drink 3 liters of water and avoid having oily, spicy, fried, deep fried and junk food.
