Past week just while sitting in office, I had this sudden pain in my abdomen. It was a very sharp pain. My built is normal as per my age, my age is 45 years. I had taken pain killers for this pain. This thing occurred 2-3 times in the last month. Tell me how to get a permanent long treatment relief from this pain in the left side of lower abdomen

My wife is 42 yrs, complains of stomach pain very regularly. She can't concentrate on any other work due to pain. She takes pain killers for this. At times the pain is followed by fever. I am suffering from abdomen pain , and uneasy after eating food. Took gastric medicine like sompraz,kinpride but not much reduced so I went to doctor and he asked me to do liver function test. My report says protein and albumin is normal ,but globulin is 1.8 . It should be 2.5 to 3.5 as per the report. So as the AG ratio also is 2.6 :1 where it should be 2.5:1 as per report. Also the bilirubin indirect is slightly above range. It should be 0.7 ,but for me it is 0.8. please let me know how much worry i should be.
