My 73 year old moher is having chest pain with high fever. She has low appetitie also. What are the symptoms of liver abscess? I have notice she is also passing very drk urine. I am not sure whther it is because of hepatitis or liver abscess? What should i keep a track of to get the diagnosis?

I m prescribed zentel for deworming. One tablet each is to be taken for 3 alternative days and the same dosage is to be repeated after a month. Please advice if zentel is to be taken empty stomach or at night after food. Also, do I need to swallow it with water or chew it without water. Thanks.
