Stomach Problems & Remedies

I don't know that is a digestive problem or not but problem is like this: I do workout 5days a week and try to maintain a healthy diet but my belly is inflated many of the time I am giving you an example of my problem Suppose in the early morning I have done my workout then did my breakfast with milk bread(2/3 bread,1small cup of milk) after that I am going somewhere my belly inflated at the outting time.

I had a Viral fever 10-12 days ago. I consulted my primary Dr. and was treated for the symptoms with Antibiotics. After 4 days I was not able to digest anything. Food and water simply did not agree with my body. I took a 2nd opinion and the Dr. suspected of Jaundice. My eyes and skin had yellowed considerably. I took Ayurvedic treatment for the same. I now feel hungry but whenever I eat I feel bloated. I regret eating and feel like throwing up. My urine colour is dark yellow and my stool colour is clay like. I surfed through internet and found that this could either be Viral Hepatitis or bile obstructive disorder. Request you to please give your opinion and advise further course of action.

I'm having a pain in my right side of my stomach on middle since one month..Now It occures whenever I walk fast or stretch and when I wake up in the morning..are those symptoms of stomach ulcers? Doctors gave me Rekool 20 tablets.
