Dear sir, kindly help me, m suffering from piles since 8months, initially I had Himalaya pilex medicine and some ointment for pain relief, after that I felt completely good, but from last week again same problem occurs, a unbearable pain in anus, and also not comfortablyurinating and stopped motion ,so that I can't able to walk and from today morning I didn't had Motion, when m going to try it's not done. So please suggest me what to do, now m using altos ayurvedic medicine today it self.

My ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT ) is 76 while ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) is 127.ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE is 163. Other tests like BILIRUBIN,GGT,PROTEIN and ALBUMIN are normal. Kindly guide me. Hi, I was diagnosed for acid reflux and doctor prescribed 14 days antibiotics treatment for H pylori and 1.5 months Acid supression medicine (esmoparazole).I also did liver function test and all looks normal. After 15 days also i still wake up at night due to indigestion and acidity. If I take unienzyme aftr food at night I sleep without having any issue.I have already made lifestyle changes Also i find green patches in my stool in the morning and feels stomach heat after meal. Attached photos here. Any help would be much appreciated.
