My wife is experiencing digestive issues associated with stomach pain off-late (with pain in upper stomach). Today she is having acute twisting and excruciating pain. We did not have any prominent food, rather had home roti-sabzi. This is overall concerning us. Please advise.

My digestive system has become very weak. I was hospitalized for food poisoning for two days. Even before that I used to have frequent gas problems. After getting discharge it has been almost 15 days. Now if I take tea then I get gas even having any kind of outside food I starts feeling un easy. I take lan 30 tablet for gas which gives lot of relief.Please tell me a solution so that I can make my digestive system strong and avoid gas problems.

Its been more than a month my wife is giving Gerbisa L for my kid daily. As she has constipation problem. Is it adviscible to take gerbisa L daily for a 2year old kid?

Dear doctor I have been experiencing excessive flatulance since the last 6-9 months. It has a tendency to increase in the morning time (during my sleep) I have tried modifying diet and leading a healthy lifestyle still it persists. Can you please suggest a remedy. Like one year back I had blood coming out in stool. Using the colonoscopy it was diagnosed that I had a small polyp in my rectum they removed it that time only. The polyp was small and benign in nature so doctor told me there is nothing to worry about. Now 3 months back I got to know that my maternal uncle has colon cancer of last stage. So I want to know since I have a family history of this how frequent should I get tested for polyp. Last time it was done in June 2017.

My problem was fatty liver sgpt 186 on 20 march 2018 after medication and life style change now sgpt 42.but in usg report ....liver is mild enlarged in size having smooth outline and of homogeneous echopattern .no focal parenchymal lesion is seen . Intra hepaticbilliary channels are not dilated. Liver size is 14.2 cm.p krta hepatic measure 0.89cm.spleen normal measure 10.6cm.is it cirrhosis? Or normal? Koi sujan hai kya

I was diagnosed with stomach ulcer. All the medication given to me ended up in no improvement but in more weakness, pain in kidney (prone to stone development) and low bone density (as the diet suggested was low in calcium). At present I have severally weak body, vomiting and loose motion as I am not able to digest even water. Also my whole body muscles are not at ease including joint pain particularly in knee. I am in this position since 10-15 days. Please suggest me the way out?
