Fatty liver problem
I have 16cm fatty liver condition,age 22, i was very lazy and with obesity,i was dignosised with mild hepatomegaly with moderate fatty changes 1 month ago,lft report also was like Total bilirubin-2.8,bilirubin direct-0.6 sgpt 160 ,sgot-60, doctor gave me Medicine Ursocol450 and heptagon , Now after 1 month of excercise and medication when i again checked lft report total bilirubin is 2.00,bilirubin direct-0.4 sgpt -103 and sgot 44, am i improving or not??how much time it take to reverseshould i take medication for more time

The liver profile does seem to have improved, but one month is too short a period, and fluctuation in reports commonly occur Obesity and over weight are common risk factors for fatty liver disease.
Next Steps
You should commit yourself to the care of a gastroenterologist with whom  you can follow up on a regular basis. Continue to lose weight through healthy diet and exercise till you are in normal BMI range
