  4. High SGPT abd SGOT. I need to take?

High SGPT abd SGOT.
My SGPT is 145 and sgot is 62.Total bilirubin count vis 1.5 mf.Is it worrisome?What treatment along with the precautions I need to take? Kindly advise medicine for curing high sgpt and sgot.

Eat fruits vegetables salads. Avoid non-vegetarian fatty meals  alcohol. Exercises and weight reduction.
