Whatever I eat related to wheat, chicken curry and few other things leads to diarrhea. Im just 23 but this problem making my life hell. Please help me out.

Not able to sleep properly from few days.due to congestion in chest due to gastric and cough formation.leading to suffocation while lying down.feeling uncomfortable when lying down due to some kind of blockage in throat and chest.guess this is on account of gastric trouble and also due to cough formation under AC environment. Not sure which specialist to be consulted for this.
