I m taking pantacid hp and probiotics as per prescription. But I m feeling severe abdominal discomfort I have already taken 7days dose As I m undergoing army training it is becoming difficult for me to continue the exercise. Tell me the remedy

My current biliburin is 1.15 sgot & sgpt near 40. I had jaundice since August start. Bilirubin level reached to 8.1 max. Sgot & sgpt 1600 & 1200 respectively. I am taking udilive 300mg & different vitamin b complex, & calcium & vitamin d3. My medicine now over.. Please advice me should I stop medicine or continue...

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years, I have dull pain in abdomen and each time it's in different place like around the navel,bellybutton, right side of stomach, sometimes left and sometime back also, my ultrasound is normal but I feel at last it can be peptic ulcer, stomach ulcers or something as I eat food of outside toomuch. I am feeling hungry too early, appetite has got more but not able to eat due to dull gnawing pain or something like that. Before a month it was like burning pain but now it's dull pain.

I had alcoholic fatty liver and mild fatty pancreas.I changed my lifestyle entirely but at times if i eat something oily or spicy i suffer from indigestion and acidity and what not.I suffer from gastric daily. can i eat pantop-40 daily for a couple of days to reduce my gastric?or taking gastric medicines will affect my kidneys in the long run?

How much it is efficient compared to neurobion forte injection? How many bottle of spray do i need for 10 doses?

Severe gas problem from last 4-5 days. Causing discomfort. It's occurs for some day and I recover in few days

After having food in night, my stomach start generating gas...feels like stomach is too full, heavyly bloating, uneasy...feel like vomit...in morning stomach become like balloon...vomit like feeling, stomach stretching, feel like stomach is very...gradually in day time, it comes down bt again after having launch same issue starts. But in night and morning it frustrates me alot. It has been for some many days nearlyone month. Used antacid and others medicine prescribed by doctor but no any change...please suggest

I have pain in my upper middle abdomenabdomen nd also in back mmin very tension what happened with me...i think pancreatitis..but my amylase nd lipase is normal in report but some tym it becomes high amylase amykase always increase or decreasde remains under 130 always normal range 90 lipase seeme normal but once it was 74. normal range 60..i done ct scan but nothing about apncreas hepatic steaosis shows i have very high pain some tym in abdomen but now days it begain daily specially in evening..nd after eating food pleasle help more gas pasees.what problemw with i start from upper middle abdomen nd begains in whole abdomen..when i drive than jerk in abdomwn it goes very high also pleas help

Constipation causes mucus in stool is normal these are happened with me when my stool is like constipated yhe mucus is apear in my stool

I have Constipation problem before 2 yr. And I have also pile but they not bleed. Some stop my stool and I have feel like some pain after out stool.
