Recovering from Hep A with jaundice
Was diagnosed with Hep A with Jaundice in Nov first week. Latest LFT - Bilirubin is 1.15, SGOT is 47 and SGPT is 72. I have been having home cooked meals which are less spicy and less oily and taking Reheptin and Udiliv-150 twice a day. I was on leave for a month and recently resumed office. Due to a high pressure job, sometimes I have to work late, is it okay if I have less oily and less spicy food like curd rice or dal rice from a good restaurant in such cases? Also, when can I eat non-veg?

Restaurant foods are all oily foods. But if restaurant is fixed as same u can ask them to make it customized according to your needs. Animal foods are bad for health specially digestive health so do not have craving for it just for the sake of taste. U can get good vegetarian food once in a while for taste needs.
