I had I&D of Perianal Abcess with fistulotomy, however from day one i had small lump in anus, My surgeon told it's post-operative swelling however after 2 weeks he spotted black blood clot behind lump and told it's blood clot and shall dissolve in sometime, Today i visited another doctor and he told i have got Perianal Hemotoma and it shall heal on its own, however it's already 3 weeks and it is still not healed, how much time does perianal hematoma takes to heal.
