Stomach Problems & Remedies

My current biliburin level is 1.15 , SGOT 33, SGPT 42 I had jaundice. Last month my bilirubin level was 8.1, sgot 1200, SGPT 1600. In this course doctor advice me ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg, liv apt( Givo liv), Nerwin tablets... I was in strict boiled diet since last month. Now I m start taking little oil one tsp in whole day.. coconut water, sugercane, sweet lime, papaya are in my diet.. My medicines are over now.. should I have to continue medicine?? And may i go for normal diet now in phase manner. Or strict to boiled diet for some day more?

Dr I feel little ache upper center abdomen just below sturbun bone just a finger area in center below chest...This problem occur when I thinks about this problem but at daily routine like playing ,market,college nothing feel this but at free time when I feel this problem ant insert a finger than it seems little ache.

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years, I have a problem of going to toilet in morning for 3-4 times in morning for clearing bowel fully. From past 2 months I have dull pain in my navel region, nausea and stomach bloat but hunger is very much but not able to eat, I did ultrasound but it's normal. I have attached the report,  I am having constipation,dull liver region pain, feels like bowel is full but no stools coming, urge to go to toilet but no stools coming, I think I suffer from IBS or something, stress has got increased. Hunger there but not able to eat, is anything else has to be done, what medications can be taken and what should be done next.how to clear bowel completely.

Sir every times gas comes out with 10-20 minutes of interval. It makes uncomfortable around the people.

My ultrasound is normal but when pressed in right abdomen near belly button, there is some fluid type moving sometimes felt sometimes not. I am constipated from past 2 days and dull pain in abdomen from few month, very uncomfortable without passing stool properly. Afraid to take laxative medicine, can it be related to appendicitis.

I am suffering from Acid Reflux from March 2019 and have taken Homeopathy and Allopathy medication but not getting any relief from the problem. Tried multiple PPIs and H2 Blocker (Nexpro, Rantac, Pantosec DSR) but vomiting (Taken Ondem, Emeset) is not stopping, as soon as after meal in around 7-8 hours nausea feeling starts which is followed by vomiting. I am having severe constipation (Taken Pegalup etc) as well. Did the KFT, LFT, CBC, Whole Abdomen Ultrasound,Thyroid profile like tests which are normal. I have lost 15+ kgs weight due to vomiting and de-hydration and now have faituge and weakness. Please suggest any medication which will cure this problem and give relief from vomiting. Also help in digestion of food easily. Regards!
