Hi I'm having a problem everyday morning im not having proper motions. Im not having hard stools instead they are bit watery kind and I have also started farting a lot. I use toilet twice in the morning Is it normal

Sir ,need a suggestion .I dont have any pain,my periodical cycle is very good. While sitting my tummy is not hard it is normal but while sleeping straight i find my lower abdomen looks big and hard .i dont even have digestion issues ,sometimes gastric occurs (mild ). Only the area surrounding naval is hard which i find while sleeping straight .But i dont feel pain or anything .I dont understand what is it. No other symtoms i have found.
