I have gastritis and gerd from few years and from past 2 months I am having dull ache above my navel but ultrasound says normal but this dull pain in upper right quadrant is worrying me a lot and from today evening I am also constipated maybe because of this stress. Do hiatal hernia or celiac disease or what can be it, I go to washroom 3-4 times to clear my bowels I think I suffer from ibs diarrhea from few years. Is my stomach dull pain and constipation related to any bowel obstruction or what.

I am suffering from abdominal discomfort due to stomach ulcer . Is it possible to cure with current medications available.

CAECAL Biopsy impressions : Nonspecific Colitis ILEUM Biopsy impressions : Nonspecific ILEITIS I have chrons or ulcers ?? Im bit afraid and what should i eat. Now i have no fever and no motions after taking medicine but doctor saying i still doubted chrons

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years. From 2 months I suffer like dull ache in abdomen above the navel to the right, my ultrasound said normal but the pain is still there lightly and when stressed it increases but constant dull pain throughout the day but not there in night times.
