Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am sorry to say like this and I am complaining about any doctor. Bcz of my pain which I have been suffering since last one month I would like to know good doctor who can solve my problem. Including today I consulted 4 doctors for same problem and I didnt get clarity till now. 3 doctors said that i got fissures and finally today 4rth doctor told me that I am at initial stage of piles. I just want to know what stage I am exactly and do we have cure for piles if it severe.

Since long i am suffering from Stomach issues like cramp, loose stools, mucus. Done 4 times infection course. Now since 9 10 days i am having constipation types issues, there is urge to pass motions but when i go to washroom then i can pass little little motions, stomach not getting clean properly even in morning it was non solid little watery types stool as well. There is heaviness in stomach as well. I am confused whether again i am having infection or what is happening now ? Taking Enzar forte, Rapeed 20, Cintapro 1 mg. Little little pain is also there some time. Pl suggest what to do. Should i take rifagut 200?

I am a job person I get really tiredness and I have a gas problem whenever I eat something hard I get stomach burn I am really worried with this problem please suggest.

Sir,  taking pinch of salt with milk, is safe ? Becouse i like to  take mashed roti with sugar and pinch of salt to enhance taste. And in corn flakes, market breads, biscuits iodized salt is added in little quantity and people like to take it with milk is it safe ? please help me sir i found milk and salt is incompatible and may cause disease. And from one of the you tube channel i  heard that taking rock salt with milk is safe ? please explain sir Thank you .

I feel sourness and bitterness in tounge. I want to ask are there any side effects of apple cider vinegar? Is it alkaline? Does taking lemon or apple cider vinegar has same effect on body?

I got my stoma bag on 27th June. It irritates a lot, my doctor suggested me to take utracet pain killers. I want to know if it is okay to take these pills two times a day, does this medicine have any kind side effects ( on kidney)?
