Stomach Problems & Remedies

I was treated with H pylorie infection last year during December 2018 till then i was okay but again i am having similar symptoms of nausea, weakness and Gas problem. I am consuming Pexep cr 12.5 daily due to anxiety disorder. Please suggest how can i overcome and make my body healthy and how can i stop taking pills on regular basis

During a health check-up conducted in the office, report says that levels of GGT, SGOT and SGPT are high . GGT -134, SGOT - 46 and SGPT is 77. He is constantly having bloating these days. Other than that there is no other symptoms. He also doesn't consume alcohol.

Hunger dies , no mood of eating even when food is fav. It i causing weakness and low energy.  I have done haemoglobin test which is  normal and also done b12 , which is above borderline.
