My father is suffering constipation for over 2 weeks now, whenever he eats anything, it causes fullness, he doesn't feel like eating anything and there is stomach pain too mainly after meals, the constipation problem is him troubling a lot despite various medications namely Rabonic 20mg, cremaffin syrup

Well for this problem , u need to show first to a physician to evaluate the cause for constipation after detailed examination.
Use of laxatives is only if there is no other absolute cause for constipation.

If motions are hard treatment is different. Otherwise different Diagnosis has to be thought of.
Diet is the most important factor to decrease requirement of Medicines and dependence on medicines.
