Stomach Problems & Remedies

The pain has been there for almost 2 months now, ultrasound was normal and I have taken antibiotics for 2 weeks now. The pain is still persistent and it's present mostly before and after a meal.

I am 30 years old...Since childhood I have problem of frequent constipation gas and loose motion. 2 years back I was diagnosed with diabetes .I am taking medicines and my sugar levels are in control. But I have loose motion every other day..usually I have constipation and it smells really awfull. What is the reason and solution for this problem?? I also have had lots of pimples on my face throught my life...may be it ia also connected to stomach issues. How can I improve my digestion?
