Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am a patient of NAFLD of mild transaminitis and gastritis with past history of iga nephropathy. I was on medication and I completed the course of medicine. But I am having chronic upper abdomen pain both in left and right side since few weeks which os really uncomfortable. I cannot do anything properly which upsets me. Is there any suggestion? Please advice .

I have checked my sgpt level thrice with following reports 0ct18-25 Mar19-30 Aug19-101 Rest all are normal i want to know is there anything to worry .. in third test before test i am on high calorie diet including meat and chicken and lot oily things so do they affect the reading ?

I have problem of bad taste and bad breath in my mouth since 2 year. My throat is most of the time get sore and feel wierd kind of taste in my mouth. And cause bad breath. I brush teeth twice a day and use mouthwash but didn't get relief. What could be the possible reason, how it can be diagnosed? Which test is required? I don't interact with people because of bad breath. Plz suggest what to be do??

No S.O.L./I.H.B.R.D. seen I.V.C., portal vein and hepatic vein are normal" And in LFT--sr Albumin 5.83 sr To protein 7.21 sr Globulins1.38 Bilirubin D 0.82 T O.97 IND 0.15 SGOT 34.31 SGPT 37.82 Alk.Phos 363.9 What it's mean? What I should to do?

Recently visited to Droctor and check up and got report. That's TRIPHASIC CT SCAN OF WHOLE ABDOMEN Impression :- 1.Choledocholithiasis with subtle mural thickening at distal end of common bile duct prominent proximal common bile duct. 2.Features of chronic cholecystitis with dilated low lying insertion of cystic duct into mid common bile duct. However, no choledocholithiasis Or Intrahepatic biliary dilatation at present. 3.Bulky pancreas with evidence of fat infiltration. No peripancreatic fluid collection at present. 4.Mild hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration of liver. 5.Small umbilical hernia containing omental fat. However, clinical correlation/relevant investigations are suggested for further evaluation.

While pooping today, I had blood on tissue paper but no pain while pooping. I had to aslo strain initially. I just came back from a plane ride from Delhi to Chennai and it happened the next day. What do I do and what could this be

My doctor presribe me pan it. But more relief aciloc300mg which one should I use for permanent relief.
