Stomach Problems & Remedies

I feel always tired 😴 and daily routine work  seam to very difficult for me these days. Always sleepy , Early morning sickness is horrible.

I'm suffering from constipation since an year now. Even after improving my diet and food habits the problem isn't gone. I have faint stomach pain throughout the day. I had shown to various doctors in the past but nobody is able to figure out the problem. Kindly help, regarding what could be the issue and which specific type of doctor should I visit. Thanks.

For the past year, I had 4 LFTs wherein the direct bilirubin is either in border or just above it. (For eg 0.37 when 0.3 is upper limit).All the other liver enzymes are well within normal limits. I used to have whiskey 2-3 times in a week, 100ml per session for some 5 months. After the bilirubin elevation i stopped drinking. Only very occasionally like once in a month now i take 100-120ml. What does my LFT indicate. Should i have a ultrasound scan. Any serious issue is there?

Whenever I start drinking milk for 2 to 3 days my face fat increases in very small time what could be the possible reason.

I already visited a doctor he told to take pand at morning , dortin ds , crocin 650 , bifilac , domstol and one antibiotic cifran 500. Today no fever comes yet but feeling like vomiting . Hi, Since last 1.5 years I am suffering due to reflux problem(doctors says so),but 24 pH and manometry was normal.In that time onwards I was feeling some disturbance in my lower left side,day by day that was increasing,underwent colonoscopy (2 times),it was normal and also did endoscopy that also normal.Ultra sound shows that fatty liver and gallbladder polyp(6mm).Blood test shown mild elevated cholesterol.Stools become scattered like way with muscus.But stool test was normal both routine and cultured.I am feeling uncomfortable all the time.Please suggest me what to do?
