Sir every times gas comes out with 10-20 minutes of interval. It makes uncomfortable around the people.

My ultrasound is normal but when pressed in right abdomen near belly button, there is some fluid type moving sometimes felt sometimes not. I am constipated from past 2 days and dull pain in abdomen from few month, very uncomfortable without passing stool properly. Afraid to take laxative medicine, can it be related to appendicitis.

I am suffering from Acid Reflux from March 2019 and have taken Homeopathy and Allopathy medication but not getting any relief from the problem. Tried multiple PPIs and H2 Blocker (Nexpro, Rantac, Pantosec DSR) but vomiting (Taken Ondem, Emeset) is not stopping, as soon as after meal in around 7-8 hours nausea feeling starts which is followed by vomiting. I am having severe constipation (Taken Pegalup etc) as well. Did the KFT, LFT, CBC, Whole Abdomen Ultrasound,Thyroid profile like tests which are normal. I have lost 15+ kgs weight due to vomiting and de-hydration and now have faituge and weakness. Please suggest any medication which will cure this problem and give relief from vomiting.
