My name jai my whole Body all check Up and chest x Ray is OK report I intake Pan 40 morning but my right side chest pain return. Please suggest me ecg is OK lipids is normal high

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from around 8 years. From past 2 months I have dull pain in my liver region that is above belly button near ribcage middle. I just did a ultrasound today but it looks normal. Is gastritis only causing this dull ache between chest and belly button. What should be done next.

M very disturb by my stomach.i have alaways pain in stomach never resolve today full day pain in whole abdomen nd in my back also..i think i have pancreatisis than i done ultrasound nd blood test..reports are normal but in upeer middle abdomen pain that some tumes goes very high..more gas but pain is lot off in stomach..i have done ct scan also before than nothing come out.but it shows hepatis steosis liver sizr 15.9 cm i never understand what problem with me why m treating probelm with my organ which thikn is my abdomen is very tight some tym now feeling pain in upper middle abdomen...i feel knot type in my abdomen please help m submitting my report..

During routine USG diagonised with grade 1 fatty liver and b/l renal concretion. Finally concretion got cleared . Started taking homeopathy med for preventing reoccurence..after one week noticed that my sgpt sgot and bilirubin started increasing... sgpt was 79 ..sgot 41 and bilirubin 1.55... after i was already taking udiliv 300 + nusam 400 and evion 400...but sgpt sgot and bilirubin still rising...last test showed sgot 41 sgpt 110 and total bilirubin 2.0...  slight skin itchiness... have stopped taking homeopathy meds... what could be the possible reason that my sgpt and bilirubin rising...i dont drink...and on strict veggi diet plus daily 5 km walk... lipid profile test normal...kft normal LFT only sgpt sgot and bilirubin is raised rest all parameter r in range

Sir I am suffering from ibs, In Morning i go 2 times for stool pass and sometimes in day time and sometimes in evening , and there is feeling of heaviness in the stomach and gas.( Sir muje aise lagta hai hai muje stool pass ke liye jana hai fir thoda sa stool pass hota hai contipatiom type fir evening me same stomact upset rehta hai from 3 weeks and currently i am using gas tablet and vibact ds.

She feeling abdominal pain after & before eating, she also suffering from jaundice, typhoid, uric acid,ASO, less amount of haemoglobin in body last 1 year....

Constipation for the last ten days. Triggered by eating out. Had laxatives and Isabgol, but minimal relief.
