I m having mild pain at the left side of my stomach..then i go for ultrasound (abd) and urine test...but tests reports are normal...now what can be the reason of this ..as it is happening for last 3 days..help

I have constipation My doctor prescribe pegfiber and Eva q syrup but it relief only 50% then he prescribe freego powder with dulcoflex still 50%. I have to take two times which should I take after morning meal freego powder or Eva q syrup.
