Stomach Problems & Remedies

In july: I was facing acidity, gas,bloating,belching and disintegrating stool and abdomenal heat on a daily basis. This started immidiatly after a goa trip. I was prescribed an antibiotic course but it did not help much. In august: I started a naturopatic treatment and diet control. It did control my acidity and stool formation but not much. At least 2 times a week i feel bloated in the lower part of my abdomen with slight pain on pressing. I at times have a feeling of incomplete bowl movement with narrow and ill formed stool. I am only having home cooked flood with no milk products, no spicy food and no oily food. During my cycle, all these symptoms aggrevate along with random bouts of abdomenal heat which i feel around my navel. My stool reports are clear and blood work is fine as well. I have lost 3kgs in 2 months and currenly weigh 50.5kg(152cm) How long will this problem take to cure. Is there anything else that can be done?

I am single female 29yrs old.i have a stomach pain and diarrhea from many months.I went to the gastrologist and he said that this problem is caused by taking stress after he gave me this medicine..Tab Novamcin RT,Cap Immodium,Tab revortil.I took this medicine till one month and my motion and pain also got cured.But now I lay hands above the navel, so I feel like heaviness there.I got again from the doctor, he gave the same medicine again but my navel did not go heaviness...Someone tell me how this heaviness will go??..

I was already prescribed by my gynaecologist drotin m . I think I ate bad and suddenly I woke up with loose motions in morning. Totally watery motion. I had O2 with me...I had O2 and Drotin m . Is it ok? No sideefects?

I have gerd from last 5/6 years to give background so feel heightened acidity at times. But from last 4,5 days i have more issue creating issue. Slight tinging pain inflammation at right bottom stomach area. Acidity and Gas and stools are very small sized, a bit hard i guess. Though hunger is okay and it is not running stomach. When i take pantocid, in day i feel fine. Then problem id persisting. Please advise what to take.

I am on ATT since April . Sometimes I feel mild pain in my lower abdomen. Is it intestinal obstruction?

I had infected with h pylori and as doctor said initial stages of ulcer and had 2 course of medication and now having 3 rd course of medication and he now gave aciloc, pantoacid and sucrace O medicines and he gave medicine for 2 months and now it's almost completed 2 months of medication and still it's not getting cured as mild pain is getting continue. So is it curable?
