I drink water and I observe water comes out within 1hour. Is that normal or any problem with my digestion?

I have fever from last 20 days which 101 to 102 constantly. I checkup stool, urine and blood culture and sensitivity and all are normal. Finally doctor done CT scan and colonoscopy test and he found not specific chrons which look like ulcers. Again he send biopsy to lab and result came. CAECAL Biopsy impressions : Nonspecific Colitis ILEUM Biopsy impressions : Nonspecific ILEITIS I have chrons or ulcers ?? Im bit afraid and what should i eat. Now i have no fever and no motions after taking medicine but doctor saying i still doubted chrons

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years. From 2 months I suffer like dull ache in abdomen above the navel to the right, my ultrasound said normal but the pain is still there lightly and when stressed it increases but constant dull pain throughout the day but not there in night times. Is it anything to related to peptic ulcer or hiatal hernias or something. Any natural treatment there.

Few days before i have taken lots of antibiotics and from then weight has gained 2kgs so should I take probiotics?if yes then which n if not then what should i do
