Feeling discomfort and gastric since long time, having veloz L capsules after endoscopy but not fully satisfied please suggest

Feeling of some tickling and moving sensation in around my rectum. Did not observe any blood in the stool or any lump inside rectum. The itching just occuring very frequently. Please suggest what would be the possible reason for this.

I have piles problem.using medicated cream as also creamier powder to treat constipation. However the relief is temporary. How to cure my condition.

Sir ,need a suggestion .I dont have any pain,my periodical cycle is very good. While sitting my tummy is not hard it is normal but while sleeping straight i find my lower abdomen looks big and hard .i dont even have digestion issues ,sometimes gastric occurs (mild ). Only the area surrounding naval is hard which i find while sleeping straight .But i dont feel pain or anything .I dont understand what is it. No other symtoms i have found.

Every time I feel like I need to go loo but when I go it will not come. I also have gastic problem as well.

I sometimes donot have proper bowel movements in the mornings also during 2-3 out of a week it pains at lower right of the stomach and sometimes pain goes to the upper part of the place where my ureter. Please help

Pls suggest some other brand its very costly. My b12 level is less than 83 and doctor suggested to take 7 injection.

My current biliburin level is 1.15 , SGOT 33, SGPT 42 I had jaundice. Last month my bilirubin level was 8.1, sgot 1200, SGPT 1600. In this course doctor advice me ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg, liv apt( Givo liv), Nerwin tablets... I was in strict boiled diet since last month. Now I m start taking little oil one tsp in whole day.. coconut water, sugercane, sweet lime, papaya are in my diet.. My medicines are over now.. should I have to continue medicine?? And may i go for normal diet now in phase manner. Or strict to boiled diet for some day more?

Dr I feel little ache upper center abdomen just below sturbun bone just a finger area in center below chest...This problem occur when I thinks about this problem but at daily routine like playing ,market,college nothing feel this but at free time when I feel this problem ant insert a finger than it seems little ache.

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years, I have a problem of going to toilet in morning for 3-4 times in morning for clearing bowel fully. From past 2 months I have dull pain in my navel region, nausea and stomach bloat but hunger is very much but not able to eat, I did ultrasound but it's normal. I have attached the report,  I am having constipation,dull liver region pain, feels like bowel is full but no stools coming, urge to go to toilet but no stools coming, I think I suffer from IBS or something, stress has got increased. Hunger there but not able to eat, is anything else has to be done, what medications can be taken and what should be done next.how to clear bowel completely.
