I have extreme gas issues since long and my breath is also turning foul very soon. I am taking triphala powder since last two weeks but it does not seem to be working

I am facing constant bloating constipation and gas. Pain sometimes in sides. Last week I had sandwich which gave stomach pain, abdominal sensitiveness. I took pepto bismol which relieved the pain. I visited a gastroenterologist and he did endoscopy today and told me to take esogress-40 and peg fibre. I still have some pain in my stomach. Could you please suggest what can be the root cause of the pain?

I've been suffering from hemorrhoid problem since the last 1 month. I have an external hemorrhoid which doesn't pain at all and doesn't bleed as well but as of now it has not shown any signs of healing. Don't want a surgery or something. Please help!

I am having pain from 2 inches left to belly button from 4 days, no problem on stools, urine or digestion.. jus a mild pain in that place when touched, doesn't seem to b internal , doctor said it's IBD but I don't have any of the symptoms other than that pain.. I am taking thyrox and vitamin D injection . Started my thyroid tablets before 10 days and had one shot of vitamin D injection.

I've a burning sensation while and after pooping for like 10 mins. This is happening from 3 days only when I have spicy food. Else normal. This wasn't the condition before. I used to eat spicy food before too. But never experienced it.
