I had alcoholic fatty liver and mild fatty pancreas.I changed my lifestyle entirely but at times if i eat something oily or spicy i suffer from indigestion and acidity and what not.I suffer from gastric daily. can i eat pantop-40 daily for a couple of days to reduce my gastric?or taking gastric medicines will affect my kidneys in the long run?

How much it is efficient compared to neurobion forte injection? How many bottle of spray do i need for 10 doses?

Severe gas problem from last 4-5 days. Causing discomfort. It's occurs for some day and I recover in few days

After having food in night, my stomach start generating gas...feels like stomach is too full, heavyly bloating, uneasy...feel like vomit...in morning stomach become like balloon...vomit like feeling, stomach stretching, feel like stomach is very...gradually in day time, it comes down bt again after having launch same issue starts. Constipation causes mucus in stool is normal these are happened with me when my stool is like constipated yhe mucus is apear in my stool
