I am suffering from gastritis for last three months and last 10 days feeling pain in liver area. Blood test has been and in LFT test gama GGT is increased and billirubin is also increased and due to this I am suffering from pain. Pls advice some medicine.

Hi I’m Nikhil age 26 years, 3 months back got jaundice SGPT 235, SGOT 91 with in 10 Days it is reduced to normal, then again now I got jaundice SGPT 150, SGOT 90 even though I have followed complete diet, I have done tests of HBSAS, anti HCV anti HBC total these 3 got normal, ESR got 18, need the reason why there is changes in enzymes?? Please let me know And is anything dangerous?? Please do the needful thank you

Iam 20 years old. I drink a lot of coffee. Sometimes i drink more than 5 cups a day. I knew i had acidity for a long time. I always had stomach burning and sometimes wet burps. But recently for the last three months , i lost weight and im feeling very tired. I feel like im losing muscle mass but my weight is not decreasing. It decreased only once. One day i had black colored stools and vertigo. From then i keep having the symptoms including  cold sweats, vertigo, dry mouth, loss of appetite and cravings , vision problems, and going to the bathroom after i eat with foul smelly stools. First i though it could be hiv. My exposure was 8 years ago . i toom three hiv tests this month. Tridot , western blot and pcr. All the three wee negative. I have consulted two docs in person who say nothing is wrong. But im symptomatic. Dont know if its anxiety or some underlying illness. What should i do?

My current biliburin is 1.15 sgot & sgpt near 40. I had jaundice since August start. Bilirubin level reached to 8.1 max. Sgot & sgpt 1600 & 1200 respectively. I am taking udilive 300mg & different vitamin b complex, & calcium & vitamin d3. My medicine now over.. Please advice me should I stop medicine or continue...

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years, I have dull pain in abdomen and each time it's in different place like around the navel,bellybutton, right side of stomach, sometimes left and sometime back also, my ultrasound is normal but I feel at last it can be peptic ulcer, stomach ulcers or something as I eat food of outside toomuch. I am feeling hungry too early, appetite has got more but not able to eat due to dull gnawing pain or something like that. Before a month it was like burning pain but now it's dull pain.
