I m suffering from hyperacidity problem... Serve burning in abdomen when acidity trigger...And continuous burping. ..What can I do plz suggest.

I weigh 95 kilos and have severe constipation issue. Is it okay to take probiotics to relieve constipation and which is good probiotic? I have to take laxative every week atleast to empty my bowel. I feel bloated and burning sensation in my stomach.

Not able to sleep properly from few days.due to congestion in chest due to gastric and cough formation.leading to suffocation while lying down.feeling uncomfortable when lying down due to some kind of blockage in throat and chest.guess this is on account of gastric trouble and also due to cough formation under AC environment.
