Stomach Problems & Remedies

Have been having loose motions, vomiting, fever (99°F to 100°F) since past three days. Was prescribed with OFLOX TZ, Pantoprozole, Paracetamol. Whenever I eat something I'm not able to swallow it and feels like vomitting. Stomach is rumbling around the navel and too much acidity (burping now and then) It has been 3 days and loose motions Haven't stopped not even able to eat.

I was having throat infection followed by cold since August. Then I had cold and cough.Now it has gone. I didn't take any medication for that. But now iam having strong acidity and vomiting like feeling and headache.Iam taking zanocin 200mg currently. Iam having dull pain in the upper neck area. What could be the reason?

After having every meal, I feel burning sensation in stomach and feel like acidity. If I take omez cap it stops but after 3-4 days the situation again becomes the same i.e I experience same burning and acidity sensation after any kind of meal. No other antacid instead of omez works.
