I have this medium abdominal pain in lower right side.it gets intense if i walk for more than 10 mins.I am having this pain for past 2 years but for last 6 months it is more concerned.I have also chronic constipation condition from childhood.Is it apendix I'm scared.

Such a long duration, very unlikely to be appendicitis.
Chronic causes need to be considered as POSSIBILITIES.
Constipation, tuberculosis etc are possible causes from such short history.

Get an ultrasound abdomen done. If it doesn't show much then get evaluated with CT abdomen and Pelvis with IV and oral contrast. Appendicitis is an acute condition. But you must be concerned of other conditions like IBD, TB, etc.
