I have jaundice. I am taking prescirbed medicines but my skin is getting yellower day by day. What does it mean? Am i healing or is it getting worse?

Hi, My wife suffering from stomach pain,  Stomach swelling. Month back we have consulted gastroenerologist, she did endoscopy and blood test and told she has gastric ulcer. She suggested medication for 1 month,we have completed the course but still swelling not cured. My wife has cinus alergy(every early mngs sneeze) and B12 vitamin difficiancy also. For B12 we are using injuctions. She also reducing weight now she is 45kg Please suggest us how to proceed further

Feeling of nausea early in the morning And also has mild fever . And little burning sensation in stomach After eating spicy food .

I am taking pantosid DSR morning before taking food. Last 5 days I noticed that if I ate more my belly tighten but such amount of food usually I ate 1 yr ago. And now at night I fell tigthen of belly and felling of nausea. Is any other drug I need to take or I continue the medicine. Or need to take it twice
