I have SRUS,pelvic floor posterior compartment prolapse and anterior rectocele(measures 1.5cms)-detected on MRI defecography(done july 2019)...Earlier XRay defecography done- rectoanal intussusception was detected(done june 2018)My treating doc says problem has become more complicated....Met two renowned colorectal surgeons...Their suggestions are different..One is suggesting internal delorme's and the other is saying delorme is an old procedure(like an open surgery)but STARR is minimally invasive so it would be better...Which doctors decision should I agree with?Kindly help me to take the correct decision(no one is sure how much success theyll get after performing the procedures)Im in great dilemma..Stool is getting stuck in bottom and also passage of blood mixed with mucus(Have a past history of lap appendectomy(aug 2017),Lap Nissen fundoplication due to severe gerd Grade C esophagitis and IEM (oct 2018),Subtotal colectomy(Colonic inertia)in March 2019)Kindly help me...plz...
