I took nexpro 40 one after another accidentally (total 2 at a time)...please tell me what should I do now???...I'm really worried...

Been suffering from acid reflux since 3-4 days. It has stopped when I went back home 2 months before. Along with it I am having loose motions.

Sometimes I am getting chest pain and back pain,pain is like tapping with Needle,and stomach is bulging feeling hard and heavy, When I go for washroom have give more pressure, mainly stomach is feeling heavy and uneasy, please give me suggestions

My nephew is suffering from constipation from 3 days,we consulted 3 doctors but of no use today we consulted another doctor he has given the medicines and glycerin supplements (1) and dulcolax for the same.after consuming he has done small amount of stool and vomiting after 2.5 hrs.Please see the prescription and suggest is it fine or not.

Suffering from fever and loose motions from 2 days Took pudin hara but it had no effect Consulted a doctor after which , fever was not there but loose motions are not stopping yet . Suggest some medicine to get rid from loose motions

Hi dr. There is no. Mascle and skin tag,its get swell when passing hard stool, and became shrink skin, my mom said its not a piles,,, i have that skin shrink in my childhood, but swelling last 4 years... Pla suggests me what to do... ☹️

I have problem of obstructive Defecation..I also have SRUS..Previous doctors recommended STARR surgery...Today met a new doctor who said he would do STARR only but in a modified manner by inflating the rectum with CO2,and would place cameras through bigger proctoscope for clarity because in STARR procedure there is less visualization..I want to know whether this procedure is Ok or not..He also said blood and mucus passage will stop but whether defecation will be smooth or not,will be understood after the surgery only..I want to know is this procedure good?kindly tell me..Please help me take the correct decision..
