Stomach tightness
I have done colonoscopy, LFT,KFT,Liver fibrosis test. There is not in test but from past 2 year I am suffering from indigestion and tightness and abdominal swelling like feeling without any cramping and pain. I am alchohlic from past 7 yrs . I have consulted to gastro now he has recommended some medicine like Nexpro-L and ask for endoscopy. Can any body suggest before he told me you have IBS. Even I drink water the feel little tightness in abdomen and after eating also I have to go 6 time in a day for stool to feel better.

Symptoms are like IBS. Go for gastroscopy to rule out causes of gastritis
Also get your vitamin B12 levels checked and start a course of the same if low it will help with IBS
