Bowel 3 times in day
Dear sir
From day start early morininh I do bowel than after my body was completely I feel hungry and eat chapatis or rice by 9am sharp .but my query is after that by 1pm I get bowel than I feel again hungry so I will do lunch by 3pm . Again I get bowek by 5pm so my query is am getting 3 times hard bowel in a day . And I don't feeling any constipation .I drink coffee 2 times in office per day daily .
Is the coffee reason for bowel or not pls.advice me about my stomach digestion is well or not . Even after bowel I feel hungry in any time . Am unmarried age 28 no smoking and alcohal and I will do job 8 hrs sitting job.

If u are having hard stools it may be constipation.
Other possibility is ibs.

IBS could be the cause. Even excess of coffee also trigers bowel movements.
