Excessive abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello doc, My cousin brother is suffering from excessive abdominal pain since a day and the pain is all over the stomach. We have done the ultrasound as prescribed by the doctor. Please find the attached ultrasound report and let me know if there is anything to worry. We are really worried please

May be pancreatitis. Or some other intestinal cause. Get amylase, lipase, cbc and other tests may be needed.
