Belching and fullness of stomach. Me.

Dear rahul sir, Recently i did sonography and lft test all came with normal but then to from start of the day my stomach is full and feels like belching daily even i eat small piece of food. Please sir day by day i m going to worried of being thinking cancer of stomach. Can you please help me does any problem like stomach cancer can be detected by sonography is possible. I am scared of endoscopy cause i asked many doctors they are not ready to give me full sleep medicine. If there is something stomach cancer like is it possible to see in sonography pls pls answer sir pls. Rahul sir pls revert sir. I think so i will die cze of this problem daily feell like fullness of stomach and belching...plss sir pls guide me...👏
