Fistula in ano
Hi doctor..I found I had a fistula pblm when I consulted near by general surgeon...he suggested to go for surgery ...but I dont have any pain while motion...i dont have more pus discharge during my working hrs...plz suggest can I go for surgery or medical management?

This is unique problem with FISTULA.
There are not much Symptoms, but its TREATMENT is complicated, reccurrance is very high.
And complications are significant if not treated.
