Neurobion forte daily for IBS sufferer
Can I take neurobion forte daily even if I am not deficient of all Vitamin B's? My family doctor said that it may cause over vitamins in body. I know I cannot digest most of the daily foods and I have also started feeling that I am not that energetic I used to be. So I want to know if taking 1 tablet daily would be okay if I want to help my body recover properly.

The cause of weakness may not always be vit b12 b complex etc.
Many other supplements are needed.
And basic cause of weakness needs to be evaluated.
