IBS and low B12 level
I've been diagnosed with IBS and my vitamin B12 came out to be very low (50 from one lab and 102 from another).
The gastroenterologist told me to take Neurobion forte injection once weekly for 8 weeks. Do this injection have side effects? Is this the right cure for IBS?
